Return Policy

At Amethyst Stein, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of the following return policy.

1. Return period

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any refunds or returns.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition (including original packaging).
  • The item must be returned with the purchase receipt or order confirmation.

3. Excluded items

The following items are excluded from return:

  • Personalized products or products made to your specific requirements.
  • Opened or damaged products (unless the damage was caused by us).

4. Return procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Please contact us within the return period by email at amethyststein123@gmail.com to register the return.
  2. We will send you the return information. The return costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless the goods are defective or delivered incorrectly.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them to the return address provided.

5. Refund

A refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be made to the original method of payment and should be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return.

6. Defects or incorrect delivery

If the item received is damaged or does not correspond to the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will take care of the exchange or refund of the item as well as the return shipping costs. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Return costs

  • If the goods were delivered defectively or incorrectly: In this case, we will of course cover the return costs.
  • If you wish to return the goods for other reasons: The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. We recommend choosing an insured shipping method as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
