All our products are handmade and are produced with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the manual manufacturing process, processing time may vary. We ask for your understanding and patience.

2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.  

3. Processing time

  • The processing time for handmade products is usually 5-7 working days from receipt of order.  

  • In special cases (e.g. during seasonal peak periods or for custom orders) the processing time may be longer. In such cases, you will be informed by email.

4. Shipping time

  • The delivery time after dispatch is 10-15 working days. 

  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

5. Shipping confirmation and tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to track the status of your shipment.

  • Please check your email (including spam folder) if you have not received a shipping confirmation.

6. Delays in shipping

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, extreme weather conditions or logistical issues.

  • We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays, but accept no liability for late deliveries that are beyond our control.

7. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when ordering.

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • Since all our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape or size may occur. These variations are not a defect, but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

  • We ask that you be patient when ordering handmade items as they require time and care to produce.
